Cleaning magnetic mats

We developed a magnetic mat serving to catching of ferromagnetic impurities from shoe soles. Shoes may be contaminated by ferromagnetic impurities (metal shavings, sawdust, metal dust) and there is a risk of a clean operation contamination by this waste. The mat is equipped with very strong neodymium NdFeB magnets. The magnets are covered with rubber mats.
 
 
Magnetic mat is protected as a patent by the Industrial Property Office; patent No. CZ 28960 U1 
 
Above all, the following crucial mat parameters are under the protection:
  • Magnetic mat is formed by a plate made of a non-magnetic material; in this plate, magnets are made of a non-magnetic material in which magnets are stored; the material is protected by a covering layer made of a non-magnetic material  
  • A way that the magnets are locked in the mat  
  • Magnet distribution method – according to their polarity
